Invite-only pilot

Email an assistant.

Forward an email to your private Dispatch address — or just send a direct question — and an assistant performs the task against its contents and attachments, then replies in the same thread. No app, no login. Just email.

Getting started

How it works

  1. Forward or ask

Send a message to your personal Dispatch address. Forward an email (optionally with a one-line instruction on top), or just ask a question directly.

  2. It does the task

Dispatch reads the body and any substantive attachments, does what you asked, and ignores signature images, tracking pixels, and other noise.

  3. You get a reply in-thread

A clean, email-ready answer lands back in your inbox on the same thread — usually within a minute.

Use cases

What it's good for

These are the things that are tedious inside a mail client — not generic chatbot questions. The point is that the email is the input: you forward it as-is, attachments and quoted chain and all.

Caught up late on a thread

Added to a 40-message chain at the very end? Forward it and get the backstory: who's asking what, where it stands, and what's actually being decided — without scrolling up through the whole reply chain.

The action items, pulled out

A long back-and-forth often buries two or three things you need to do. Get just the to-dos — who owes what, by when — lifted out of the noise.

Triage a long newsletter or digest

Forward that lengthy newsletter and get the few items actually worth your time instead of skimming the whole thing in the client.

The decision or the deadline

"What did we land on?" "When is this due?" Get the answer extracted from a sprawling chain so you don't have to re-read it.

An attachment, in context

Forward the email with its PDF, spreadsheet, or calendar invite attached — ask what changed, what to sign, or when the meeting is, and it reads the file the way it arrived.

The pilot is invite-only. Tell me a bit about how you'd use it and I'll set up an address for you.

Pilot scope: this is an early proof-of-concept running under standard API data retention — no zero-retention or data-processing agreement is in place yet. Please use it only for non-sensitive, non-confidential material, and don't forward privileged or confidential content during the pilot.

Your Dispatch address is private to you — replies land only in your own inbox.
